Shipping Information:

We ship our Ionizers within 3 days of receiving your order. $10.00 per Ionizer for First Class US Mail within the United States. $20.00 for Express Mail(within USA). We have found that US Express Mail is the most reasonable cost for shipping internationally with tracking. Canadian and Mexican orders are shipped Express Mail for $20.00 US per Ionizer. All other countries are charged $25.00 US per Ionizer for International Express Mail.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you wish to return your Electronic Engine Ionizsr, include a copy of your invoice and mail it back to: B&G Electronics, 17094 Martin Pedro Road, Siloam Springs, AR 72761. If you decide to cancel your order, send and email as soon as possible to admin@engineionizer.com.
